THIS IS THE MAIN CHARACTER SURVEY:
If you have a cast of characters, fill this out about the one that is the star of your story. Not if there's one based off of you in there somewhere, but the main protaginist. Though if the protaginist is about a character based off of you, then that's all peachy keen.

2) Nicknames: Rose. Call her Rosie-Rose at your peril; call her Rosalynde more than once at your peril too.
3) Occupation: Student.
4) Age: For the bulk of the book, 15-22
5) Height: 5'8" or so
6) Weight: 175, 180 (you might not guess that high looking at her; it's probably got a lot to do with bone and muscle)
7) Sex: Female
8) Sexual Orientation: Bi, poly.
9) Birthday or date of creation: 1980, June 6
10) Hair color: Would have been brown if she hadn't insisted on staying out in the sun so much; now it will be confused with red outside.
11) Eye color? Probably brown. She usually looks away or smacks you before you make up your mind, though.
12) Any tattoos/piercings? One piercing in each ear. She may get a tattoo sometime after little Diane is born, though, but only if her spice are too.
13) Favorite mode of attire? Jeans and t-shirt, really, just like she stepped off the pages of the Land's End catalog. At one point she'd opt for Star Trek shirts over plain ones, but she gives that a rest after the worst of the hyperactive fan bug burns out; she still wears them from time to time afterwards.
14) Favorite food? Whatever Regan cooks. Oh, you mean she has to choose? Probably that sinfully non-kosher beef stroganoff, the one with the cheese sauce and the mushrooms and the... Right. No drool on keyboard.
15) Favorite drink? Dave convinced her to like cranberry juice; now she mixes it half and half with lemon-lime generic soda (whatever's cheapest) if she's drinking soda not to stay awake. Awake-sodas are Dew and Jolt; she will drink coffee. She cycles through favorite drinks (usually non-alcoholic) that she mixes out of random things. They taste good, though.
16) Favorite animal? Anything but the mosquito. Probably rabbits, because they're fuzzy and pettable and non-demanding.
17) Favorite color? Deep rose pink and navy blue.
18) Favorite band? TMBG. Both geeky and rockin'. Barenaked Ladies are gaining some appeal, and there's nothing like R.E.M. for those days when it's just an R.E.M. day.
19) Talents? Writing. Making friends with geeks, supervising teenage menaces powered on sugar, caffeine, and ADHD, lots and lots and lots of intelligence.
20) Powers? Empathy, some telepathy, random bits of precognition, and an ability to follow her beloveds to the ends of the earth, whether she knows where she's going or not.
21) Weaknesses? Emotional, not as effortlessly intelligent as her spice, an inability to interact well with normals.
22) Personality? Shy, not realizing that she is as potentially powerful as she is. Extremely loyal to friends and family.
23) Likes? To laugh, especially at Really Bad Puns. Science fiction. Fantasy. Sex.
