Oh yes.

The Arizona Republic newspaper does not honor requests to never call here again.

This is at least the third time they've called, after being asked to not call. Told to not call, rather.

You have to say the exact words "take me off your calling list" or they just put refusal and recycle the list in a month or two. If they call back again ask them to fill out a paper request for de-listing form, talk to a supervisor about it, and if they don't send you a copy of it in two weeks, you can sue them. In ohio its 500 dollars for every time they call back after you told them to take you off the list.

I figure if I have the ins, I should share them.

Okay, also waaaayyyyy illegal besides simply irritating. You should call the paper and complain, because the MINUTE those words "take me off the list" come out of your mouth they are supposed to apologize, say yes we will and hang up. It sounds like a supervisor or trainer somewhere is not doing their job.
