Just another funky-assed day at work

It's been a day, a veritable day. I am developing a
headache.

I'm going to pre-emptively download my friends onto
this computer, and beg & plead with the other users of
the computer to get TeaTimer & immunizations onto
their logins.

The computer utterly crashed and had to have the
programmage rebuilt yesterday, see...

What is "uptraining"...? At the moment given my general mood, it seems to mean "We are looking for an excuse to fire you."

A training session with helpful hints on how to improve assorted areas in stats, probably with a thoroughly grating "Go team! Yay! Can we do it? Yes we can!" enthusiasm on the part of the trainer (though that's probably my early-morning cynical side talking).
