Hyperactivity is setting in. Grandma Cinderella brought one of her grandkids in while she had a meeting. Snarky Lady started babysitting. Well, she started me babysitting, but since I'm kind of withdrawn with kids, she took over and they were playing Pinball together. (There's an exploit on the training room computers that allows game-playing.)

I'm so pleased that I was able to stop at "a geek thousand is 1024" and not go into the reasons why, because that would have made his brain shut off from pure techie overload. This way, he's got a prayer of remembering.

when i used to work tech support for a web hosting company, all i could remember was a megabyte is around 1000 kilobytes. one of my coworkers pulled me aside and said if i was going to give out information, i should be accurate. this is a good way to remember. lol
