Is having flour a problem for you? And if it is, how heart attack on a plate is ok for chocolate desserts?

One of my roommates suspects she may be allergic to wheat, as she notes that she is having symptoms typical of an undetected food allergy, and wheat is on the list of things that may cause problems given her existing allergies. Thus, once vacation is over, she's cutting out wheat to see if that doesn't help any.

Ahh! If I find more wheat optional recipes, I will post 'em :). (tho really, a lot of our household standbys don't use wheat... if rice is on the ok list, I have lots of suggestions.)
