Robots Rule. Puny Uterii drool.
In the battle between Robots and Azz's uterus, the robot side emerges
victorious. The uterus and it's fellow travelers- Fallopian tubes and the
like are removed.
Due to medical waste laws, the organs will not be bedazzled and mounted as
trophies, nor will they be given a proper pagan funeral. This is sad,
because we all know that if anyone was to bedazzle a defeated enemy and
cover it with blinky led lights, it would be Azz. They have a well known
gift for the sparkly.
Azz is hitting recovery right about now, and they should be pretty out of
it for the rest of the night. I will update on their condition as I get
updates.

I was not, however, coherent enough to flag down someone for anything other than ice.

I was given my wisdom teeth in a bag to take home after their removal, but have never had any more internal surgery except for tonsils, which I wouldn't want to keep, so I never thought about it as an option! (Not that I wouldn't normally be interested in having Tonsils Inna Jar, but I was too young to make that call when mine were removed, and anyway they had been the plague-bearing bane of my young existence, so I would not have wanted those specific tonsils!)

But that is very good to know about the rubbing alcohol and I may have to do that next time I need to have something done. :)

(Nora is correct in that these would not have made a good trophy.)

He was a little surprised by my pre-surgery questions, but was well informative.
Mx. Hitachi and I may be able to be reunited after my 2 week follow-up.
My obnoxious habit of hugtwirling unsuspecting friends should not be impeded by this once I have attained full recovery.

All good, or at least expected.

Such a shame, those medical waste laws. xD
(Glad it has gone well!)
