STRAWS

Important surgery recovery milestone: STRAWS. I can use them again! This is delightful and I am very pleased. Last night I tracked down the compatible straw top for my current waterbottle, washed it, and replaced the chute top I'd been using. I hope this will mean better hydration. My current meds setup can result in glue-mouth if I don't drink every time I notice my mouth is slightly dry, and glue mouth sucks.

it was so bad. I had an in-person psych appointment and I couldn't drink and I dried my mouth out. Usually I can sneak a straw under my mask! THAT TIME NO.
