Robot war dream, the disarmament/found family kind

Just before my phone woke me up: a dream about found family, assembling a family from war surplus spare parts, who were Russian Cold War robots who had meanwhile learned to love and trust, with some amusing cat related interludes. (There was a small angry calico kitten who loved only Murderface, who tolerated her.)

When the signal was maliciously sent in by a 3rd party who had raided the archives of the defunct state, the AIs found that they would really rather trust each other, despite the potential double meanings they found in their family's messages. Nothing bad happened.
