The WHAM! is noooooon-stop!
I have not yet been Wham!rolled.
Other things:
* appointment with psych today (Monday), for which I stayed up until 4am doing my homework. That came after filling my pill boxes, which I whiney-assed and complained about until I requested that Belovedest order me to commence without having found the other ??? number? of them that I was missing. (Which I promptly found within three rounds of pill-filling, so I didn't actually shorten my work cycle any.) I had procrastinated the pillbox-filling until the day I technically had to, because I took the backup set of pills that I keep in my bag for breakfast, so I would have been screwed the next morning if I hadn't done the setup.
* mammogram appointment today (Tuesday), and it's about 3am now, so I should get to sleep soon.
* Attempting to find Something that Belovedest can eat reliably with all this Stuff going on. It has been an Adventure.
-- gatorade
-- "none soup", to which I have experimentally added chia seeds
-- the nurse at urgent care suggested BRAT, and hey, at least we have rice, applesauce, and bread
-- dry white crackers, the kind that come in short sleeves now, to keep them more crisp
-- ginger ale, much to their surprise
-- small snacks here and there, including some of the pomegranate arils
* The cranky and slightly alarmed email to their primary care, citing the exact numbers for their weight drop over this ordeal so far, has garnered a recommendation for a meal drink
-- unfortunately, they've got their eccentric respiratory allergy to some unknown milk component(s), and the active ingredient in that specific meal drink is milk protein
-- so I looked for a not-milk, not-peanut protein based meal drink
-- there was a lovely one that was all plant protein and not peanut
-- that fucker has an Aftertaste
-- not a good one
-- it also is the texture that makes their throat suspect it might be dairy
--
alexseanchai Does Not Hate It, so that's who's likely to finish the one open carton
-- I get to return the rest of the box tomorrow (Tuesday)
* I chatted with Nora after the psych appointment
* then I went to Costco to try and get the aforementioned meal drink(s)
* because I had managed to space out on who had which bank cards
* it was me even though I thought it was not
* at least I got the pills I needed to finish filling the 8 weeks' worth of pill boxes, minus the prescription ones that are coming Any Day Now
* turns out when you put too many prescriptions in the pharmacy "cart", you can't scroll down to get to the checkout button unless you do stupid browser tricks to reduce the page size
* because I had been procrastinating
* I'm tapering down on the Strattera and discussing my options with Dr. V after I get down but before he goes on vacation
* we had the water cut out last night
* I saw the blinky-lights vehicles when I ran out to give Belovedest's Pokestops a spin last (Sunday) night
* the water was pink (brown, a color that looked very iron-oxide to me) when it came back
* the cold water and hot water had the color staggered bc I ran the cold water a lot until it ran nearly clear last night
* unfortunately while the water was still Pink last night, Steph had The Bad Skin Moment and needed to wash off in a very non-optional way
* therefore the hot water tank filled up with pink water
* the fridge has a filter
* the downstairs sink has a filter
* there's jug water in the bubbler downstairs, because that makes it Much Easier to use jug water, woo
* we will need to run the hot water at some point until it is Clear
* fuck, I need to shower before mammogram
At least I loaded the dishes and ran the dishwasher?
* we did not make it to games on Sunday bc Belovedest was Poorly
* Belovedest perked up after some ginger ale, much later in the day
* I am making vague threats to generate ginger syrup

there is a brand of shake that is top 8 allergen free, and based on pea protein. I can't deal with the aftertaste but perhaps y'all can? I'm spacing on the brand rn. in my grocery store it's with the organic food, not the pharmacy.

I did not care for the taste, but ymmv.

(Orgain also had banana, which I noticed after sipping some, but it didn't give me sting-pzzt upon sipping, so I'm confident that I didn't die overnight.)

They say that every batch of OWYN is tested for top-8 allergens. shrug
