I've tasted cornflakes used for crunch mixed in with chocolate to good effect. Given frog molds of sufficient size, I'd coat it with plain chocolate, put a dollop of strawberry jam in, put a lump of chocolate-mixed-with-cornflakes in (not mixed with the jam as that would make them lose the crunch) and then seal it with the finest plain chocolate again.
