Oh that does make sense!

My knees can handle going down stairs after a bit, unless one of them decides to throw that trick where it suddenly becomes like Jello, but up stairs, ah no. When I was younger I had a nice figure and better skin and all that, but I really did not appreciate my supple, lissome weight-bearing knees when I had them.

Knees! So easy to underestimate!

Currently I am up to going up and down the stairs once each per day, unless it's an emergency or a bad knee/leg/body day. I have been using this time to prepare the basement for the visit of my morail, and to try and make my sewing corner easier to use.
