Oh yeah, that's love.
Nov. 22nd, 2004 02:11 amWhen a geek falls in love with another geek, a surefire sign of this:
"Would you like to, um, borrow my old laptop? On a kinda longtermish basis? It's sort of a really small desktop with a flatscreen..."
Also a sign of romance: when said geek of the first party makes a user account for the geek of the second party on her brand-new laptop -- and trusts him with administrative privileges.
I can see that I'll have to get that new keyboard on Wednesday.

LET THE RUNNING AND SCREAMING COMMENCE
Nov. 22nd, 2004 02:22 amI AM NOT AT ALL IN A SLOW MOOD TONIGHT. I ALREADY SANG MYSELF HOARSE WHILE DRIVING HOME. I STILL HAVE ENOUGH ENERGY TO POWER A MID-SIZED CITY FOR A FEW HOURS. I AM TORN BETWEEN WANTING TO BE VERY VERY QUIET IN A CORNER (IN THE GOOD WAY) AND WANTING TO YELL AND BOUNCE OFF WALLS. I AM ABUSING THE CAPS LOCK KEY.
NOW I WILL SHUT UP AND SLEEP.
