Work was work. Team lead saw me in near full-on meltdown mode, as I was finally getting to my lunch break around about two hours after I could have used it, and at least an hour after I really needed it. Not so much blood sugar as not being on the phone. When I'm trying to stave off a full-on panic attack, I get very wooden and focused. It's entertaining in a weird and bad way.
The rest of the day was better, though.
