Power corrupts.
Feb. 7th, 2008 08:03 pmYesterday or so: stepped on power strip switch in middle of call. Rebooted computer, had customer number written down, continued call without a bobble.
Today: kicked plug in middle of call. Had domain remembered. Continued call almost without a bobble, admitted it to customer because it wasn't quite back up and I don't quite have it all from memory.
I clearly need a molly-guard.
