Smile on lips, song in heart
Feb. 15th, 2005 03:29 amToday was a good day at work. I was not slightly-late; in fact, I was an entire hour late, due to misinterpretation of schedule. However, this worked out all right, because I was monitoring today, and there really was not much for me to do for the first hour except wander around and keep the meager assortment of phone goons on task.
I was having trouble staying awake, so I had a bottle of coffee-product. The immediate result was to make me actively hyper, something that somewhat bemuses co-workers. Motley can tell when I'm caffienated, because she can see my entire eye.
When I'm wearing my supervisory hat, I cannot even dream of cussing at people I get on the phones (I was validating surveys) no matter how very much I want to. And oh, I wanted to.
Tomorrow, in theory, I start my supervisor training.
I was giggling all through work about the lamp thing. Darkside's mother is insufficiently subtle.
