The trainer dude reminds me of English in the good, crazy-cool hyper geekboy way, not in the bad AK-47-toting way. (He was cracking up in that same enthusiastic way over the Chronicles of George.)
I am giggling over some of the things I remember from volunteer gossip, namely that "The keys are totally right next to each other!" thing.
The fellow who made the customer survey comment said he cracks in his spare time. He set up the instructor the bomb with a program bug. Amusing.
My LJ experience and my school stuff are serving me well here. This looks like a better fit for me than any previous job.
