Countdown to when my head implodes?

Went over to Darkside's for much-needed decompression with Mythbusters and animé yesterday. We finished up the end of the first Record of Lodoss War series. At several points in the final battle, I was reminded of the final showdown with Bozo (the sfx), and giggled -- but it wasn't something I could share. Regardless of the fact that Darkside would probably enjoy certain portions of Circle of Fire no end, it's still a romance, and it's still not something I'm comfortable showing him, nor something he'd be comfortable reading. (He might get along with Welcome to the Workplace a little better.)
I haven't had time to think lately. My writing has been mostly account notes. That, and epic LJ posts on meta-issues that I haven't posted all of. I need to put away laundry. I need to make my bed. (I need a new bed, actually.)
I'm plotting an implementation of the Goddess Brew come morning. It's the right season for black jellybeans.
I am also either a spoiled princess or rather too easily amused. The votes for spoiled princess are hinging on the fact that I totally got myself what was billed as a "molecule ball" because it was shiny and I liked it. The votes for rather too easily amused hinge on the fact that I can be endlessly amused for hours on end by an LED light-ball surrounded by smaller bouncy-balls in a squishy outer covering. I want to take it to work, but I shouldn't, because I do not have any drawers, and it would disappear. :( That's desk drawers. Get your minds out of the gutter.
It's so glorious hearing music on a system that isn't choking on it. ♥
