Follow Friday!

damned_colonial proposed a Follow Friday for Dreamwidth, a social activity based on the Twitter event of the same name, sort of like a friending frenzy from LiveJournal.That was last week, and I didn't get myself up for it at the time, but here we are today.


synecdochic and zorkian: These are the personal accounts of denise and mark, the owners of the site. Their official accounts have little bits of site work; their personal accounts have their actual daily lives and creative works. Denise in particular writes like nobody's business.

charmian: Writes wonderful and insightful things about the state of Dreamwidth, LiveJournal, and the internet in general. Some of these things are, as a bonus to you guys, precisely calculated to put me in the mood to share gossip and commentary of my own, the bulk of which never shows up in my own journal.

omnomnom: Some of the most glorious food pr0n ever, with tasty recipes to try.

boilingwater: And yet, there are some of us who are still babydevs in our own kitchens.

beginningcocks: The cock: its use and misuse, in reality and fiction, with a special eye towards the writing of it, in all its utter weird and sometimes astonishingly hilarious and wrong glory.

So actual updates on my life have been thin on the ground...

My last proper update of how my life was going was about Monday, October 19th, where a group of us did a Night Out with Phoenix at the Phoenix Irish pub.

Major bits:

• LJ acts predictably; Azz throws hissyfits.
• Azz is upset about lack of job.
• Azz writes a lot (but not on the NaNo)
• LJ search is love.
• Social, mostly with JD and my aunt
