Hobby: volunteering tech support from home.
Home because: hopped up on painkillers from emergency extraction.
Things I can eat: ice-cold Mountain Dew. Applesauce.
Status: Loopy as all hell. Very fucking awake. Apparently the combination of the pain meds, the caffeine, and me was like a very powerful truth drug.
Activity: Chillin' on IRC with the volunteer crowd, being way too fucking perky, entertaining the regulars (who are asking me everything they wanted to know about me that I wouldn't say normally).
Site: rough because of a pretty funky release; all hands on deck is given in IRC.
Me: "Oh boy! I'm'a go in there and EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO THE USERS!"
Manager of tech support & engineer who was front man for the release, simultaneously: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

(They were relieved to find out that I'm still a basically polite person even when I'm drugged to the gills, as long as the users aren't actually being asshats.)
