08:28 PM <Azz> Safely home from Tacoma Pride. It had a little of the aura of Folsom Street Fair combined with the aura of the weekend farmer's market when all the parents have brought their small rainbow-faced children.
08:29 PM <Azz> There was a guy wearing what looked like a very brief one-strapped banana hammock with a cardboard sign about religiously-based nudity taboos
08:29 PM <Azz> (I only saw him from the back, but there was one small strap of fabric hanging over one shoulder and disappearing near a buttock)
08:30 PM <Azz> There were several fine fursuit heads, with and without full suit.
08:31 PM <Azz> There were free mom hugs, free dad hugs, free aunt hugs, and free Satanist hugs (I partook of one of those)
08:36 PM <Azz> Many buttons and stickers and rainbowed items. One of the museums had retro-inspired things, which was refreshing. I selected a SILENCE = DEATH button complete with triangle and then had a good talk about our missing elders.
08:41 PM <Azz> I thought I saw someone I'd last seen in Alaska in 1998, and when I said that name she turned around, so that was unexpected and pleasant.
