Notes for a cartoon I'll probably never draw:
INTERIOR: OFFICE BUILDING, shown by painfully straight (ruler edge) fine pencil lines, except for wavy, distorted, spindly ART on the impeccable walls, and an expensively BUBBLY GLASS WINDOW, through which the figure of a LOUNGING MAN is visible inside an office. He wears a FISHERMAN'S HAT, SHORTS, MIRRORED SUNGLASSES, and smokes an ostentatiously expensive ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE.
Two MINOR FLUNKIES rush past, haste evident in every line of their CHEAP CLOTHING. They carry CLIPBOARDS and wear NAME BADGES.
Caption:
"WE CAN'T STOP HERE. THIS IS CEO COUNTRY."
Why is this in my head? Because I made oblique reference to it in an email today, and ideas like that don't like to leave until something's been done about them, and I'm not sure I see myself sitting down to get the art right any time this month. (I've been neglecting my art, alas...)
