Officially Sick

Went to urgent care this morning for myself. Some peering in the ears and stethescoping later, with a bonus chest x-ray (my first), and I don't have pneumonia, but I do have a sinus infection. So I have some industrial-strength decongestants, with bonus anti-mucous in there, some antibiotics, and some cough syrup with bonus knockout properties.

So.

I think I'll go to bed now, because I have to be at work this evening for my zomg new position!

No longer zombie, but still a robot

Took a nap last night, because I knew I was going to urgent care this morning, so it didn't surprise me that I got up early. The happy codeine cough medicine put me out for about four solid hours, which is far better than I've been sleeping at one time for quite a few nights.

My productivity has been approximately 0 this whole long weekend. Okay, so I did get my inbox down to something reasonable, and I am sick, and I have been turning my sleeping schedule around, but I should think I'd have at least more writing to show for it. But no, my brain has been stalled out.
