Craft day streaming
Dec. 18th, 2020 10:47 pmI'm not sure if what I'm looking for actually exists. I have a vague and cranky distaste for Twitch, possibly caused by the rampant fuckery on the platform and a certain kind of culture.
While I'm puttering around the basement and doing vague artistic-adjacent activities, I'd like to be At Home to callers. Ideally, only people I have previously added on some miscellaneous social media, even though I haven't managed to join all the places everyone is, and [insert opinions on Facebook here].
Last time I tried an At Home streaming thing on Google Meet, some rando whose name I didn't recognize joined and then sent me creepy messages, without my being able to see an ID to block, so I'm somewhat soured on that as a platform.
I have Discord, and family video groups are great, but I have more people to chat with than The Siblings. I don't want to have to start an All Azz's Friends discord server because that implies more social energy than I actually have.
