My how-to for the household on roasting the turkey is here: https://azurelunatic.dreamwidth.org/7914973.html
It's just part of the household (as far as I know) this year, and due to reasons we have a smaller turkey than usual. I still plan to use the standalone roaster, which Belovedest has dutifully hauled up and I have loaded into the dishwasher so it'll be ready for morning, assuming we remember to start it. I've also put in the parts of the 3-tier serving tray, which is new this year.
We do have a document with the planned elements, because I wasn't about to trust my brain to hold it all, and tonight I am going through with the intent to scribble down some steps and times.
I have my cranberry brie log.
Belovedest has pepper jack slices.
Alex has mini white cheddar wheels.
Yes, we all have our own personal cheeses. :D And that's how it's listed in the document.
